Trade Data Amendment Service

If a Trading Member (TM) or Trading Clearing Member (TCM) desires to correct a deal that has been executed by mistake, they should contact the DFM Market Operations Department to rectify the trade recorded in the Investor's account. This can be done by completing a Trade Data Amendment Request and submitting it through the Electronic Service System no later than 08:30 am on (T+2).

• Free of charge if the request is submitted on Trading Day (T+0) no later than 3:30 pm
• After that, and until 8:30 am on T+2
  • A fee of 0.003 (three per thousands) of the highest executed prices of the trade in the case of securities OR,
  • A fees of 0.0003 (three ten thousand) of the highest executed prices of the trade in the case of bonds and Sukuk.
• A minimum of AED 100

• Submit a request for Trade Data Amendment to the DFM Market Operations Department no later than 8:30 am T+2, to amend the investor's account in the electronic system of Dubai Clear.
• The request and all supporting documents will be reviewed by the Market Operations Department. Then, the request will be assigned to Dubai Clear to rectify the investor's account.
